Who is TAMx?

TAMx is an innovation and service design studio based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was established in early 2020 to design and develop simple, engaging, and impactful experiences. TAMx services includes Research Design, Innovation Management, Service Design, Open Innovation, Intervention Design, and Capability Building.

About

TAMx had a high-fidelity prototype designed in Adobe XD that required adding the content to all pages. Four pages (Home, get in touch, summary, and confirmation) were redesigned and delivered for development. A Pre-launch page was designed to direct all marketing efforts while the website was in development.

The Challenge

Extended Development Duration

The development time was extended as some pages (Solutions and Training Programs) were in development while the rest (Home and Get In Touch) were re-designed.

Unclear Navigation and Structure

The ambiguous navigation and structure was difficult to explore website information.

Outdated Visuals and Empty Placeholders

The prototype was designed with the old TAMx brand assets (Typography, illustrations, and Iconography). The design also had empty text and visual placeholders in all pages.

Solutions

- Simplify the structure with smooth navigation

- UX writing for the entire website pages

- Create new illustrations and update the visuals for brand consistency

- Pre-launch page design to promote TAMx offerings while developing the website
